It makes sense that Dawn Kim, Conestoga Bank's vice president of organizational development, is committed to ensuring that bank team members have the opportunity to pursue professional and personal growth. As vice president of organizational development, Dawn collaborates with an accomplished team to support Conestoga Bank's strategic goal to develop and grow a learning organization. Dawn leads by example. With more than 10 years of experience educating adult learners, Dawn, herself, is a lifelong learner. She has earned a master's degree in safety management and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Workplace Learning at Penn State. Previously, Dawn served as a training specialist for QVC.
