7a loans for real estate, equipment, working capital, business purchases and more
Express lines of credit up to $300,000.

"These programs are flexible, so one of them will work for just about any need," Johns comments. "We make the
loan work for the customer – not the other way around."

You'll also know up front about all the program requirements and parameters. "No surprises!" Johns comments. "We let clients know at the beginning what will be required of them and also what they should require of us. That includes sitting down and working on the paperwork together."

Conestoga Bank received preferred lending status from the SBA the first quarter of 2010. That gives the bank more autonomy to make loan decisions, shortening the time it takes to get a loan approved and funded.
