Lock in a great rate for a whole year. Initial rate as low as 4.50% APR* is fixed for the first year.

Lower long-term rate. Variable rates start at ½% below prime.
No annual fee. Other banks charge you, even if you don't use your credit line.*
No bank closing costs. We'll cover pesky expenses for owner-occupants.*
Access by check. Write yourself a loan whenever you need it.
Access by Visa credit card. Convenient credit card access to your line wherever Visa is accepted.
TravelAwards Plus^SM points option. Enroll and earn points with every card purchase (additional fee applies).

Initial rate is fixed for the first year; variable rate thereafter. Application must be received between 6/21/08 - 8/31/08 and account must fund by 9/30/08 to qualify. 4.50% APR effective 6/21/08, variable rate may range between 4.50% - 6.50% APR. Rate depends on credit and occupancy, and is subject to change monthly and is based on the Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal. Maximum APR is 18.00%. Account has a 10-year maturity. Minimum payments will not repay the principal outstanding on credit line and entire outstanding balance must be paid in single payment at maturity. Prepayment penalty of $500 assessed if account is closed or credit line is reduced within the first 3 years. Equity Express account agreement applies. No grace period for credit card transactions; finance charges accrue from the date of transaction. Participation in the TravelAwards PlusSM program is optional; cost is $50/year. Homeowners and hurricane insurance required; flood insurance required if property is located in flood zone. Bank will cover the following closing costs for owner-occupied property: title insurance fees, escrow fees, credit bureau report fee, condo processing fee, mortgage recording fee, notary fees. Investor property subject to all fees. If title is held in trust or if a release of third-party mortgage is required, trust documentation, trust review and release fees between $100-$350 may apply. All home equity credit line requests require an Automated Value Method (AVM) or Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) if an AVM is not available. Home equity credit line requests over $500,000 require an appraisal. Appraisal cost may vary from $400-$1,000 depending on property. These are approximations; contact us regarding your property.
