At American Savings Bank, we know how busy your life can be. But we also know that without your feedback we cannot provide you with the level of customer service that you expect and deserve from American Savings Bank. That's why we've asked Market Trends Pacific Inc., a premier independent market research firm located in Honolulu, to help us find out about your service experience at our branches.

What can you expect?
Throughout 2006, survey representatives from Market Trends Pacific will randomly call customers over the age of 18 who have visited one of our branches. Calls will be made only during the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The questions will involve your experience at one of our branches, the level of service you received from our employees, and whether you have any specific suggestions to enhance your experience or our services.

You may also be asked to tell us a little bit about yourself. This is important in helping us better understand the needs of all of our customers. We take protecting your privacy very seriously. Please know that all information will be kept strictly confidential. Remember: Survey representatives of Market Trends Pacific will not, under any circumstances, ask for personal financial information about your bank accounts. Never give your Social Security Number or bank account numbers over the phone unless you have initiated the call and are certain the company and caller are legitimate.
